It looks like one federal judge has had just about enough of Trump DOJ lawyers who are misleading the court.
This story exposes the dangerous depravity of the Trump administration, and it’s almost to corrupt to be believed: a Department of Homeland Security official told a DOJ attorney to hide from a federal judge the fact that a defendant who was appearing in court and seeking release had an outstanding murder warrant for his arrest issued by another country.
The DOJ attorney agreed to hide that critically important information from the judge and the judge released the defendant.
After successfully concealing the information from the judge, a DHS official railed against the judge for releasing the defendant, posting: “An activist judge appointed by Joe Biden released this wanted murderer back into the American communities.”
This level of corruption, depravity, and deception is almost beyond belief.
The good news is the judge is ordering an investigation and possible sanctions for the DOJ attorney and DHS, as this video discusses.
