he Texas House has just passed redistricting maps that are explicitly intended to help Republicans win 5 more U.S. House seats in the midterm elections, at Donald Trump’s request.
This is a blatant power grab and an assault on voting rights by Republicans.
This disenfranchisement won’t stop in Texas. It’s going to take all of us to stand up for our democracy.
