Judge Emmet Sullivan of the DC federal district court seems to have taken deadly seriously the word “transparency” as that word appears in the federal law that is the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
Judge Sullivan just ordered acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to actually be transparent – to comply with that federal law – after finding that Todd Blanche conceded the he violated that federal law.
