Today’s legal development comes with one heck of a twist involving the $10 billion lawsuit Donald Trump brought against the IRS – so essentially he brought it against himself, because he controls the IRS. Then Trump dismissed the case that he had brought against himself. And then he settled with himself for $1.8 billion of our tax money with which he created a cop-beaters fund.
Well now, the judge who had been presiding over that case just reopened the case to see if Donald Trump perpetrated a fraud on the court .
Spoiler alert: it looks like he did.
